VCSC: ‘Business as usual’ after FBI presence on Wednesday

VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – After FBI agents were at three separate locations in Vigo County involving an investigation into the Vigo County School Corporation on Wednesday, officials report business has returned to normal.

WISH-TV’s sister station WTHI spoke with Vigo County School Corporation Superintendent Danny Tanoos Thursday morning at the school corporation building at 7th and Wabash in downtown Terre Haute.

He stated that all employees have returned to work as of Thursday morning and that it is “business as usual.”

As it was stated in the release sent out Wednesday afternoon, Tanoos reiterated the fact that the VCSC is cooperating fully with the FBI during their investigation.

Tanoos also mentioned again that all summer classes and GED classes with the Vigo County School Corporation would resume as normal.
