Man arrested for armed robbery of Subway in Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — Police have identified the man involved in an armed robbery at a Fishers Subway restaurant.

Fishers police began looking for 31-year-old Jonathan Cope of Greenfield and found Indianapolis police had arrested him for another armed robbery.

Police say the Subway at 96th Street and Olio Road was robbed late Wednesday night. Cope showed a gun but didn’t fire any shots, according to police.

Fishers police expect charges to be filed against Cope soon.
