INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Pet Pals Patty Spitler joined 24-Hour News 8’s studios Thursday afternoon to talk about the rules that define service dogs.
You see a sweet dog in a store or at a restaurant with it’s owner and you would like to say hi to the dog or pet it, but Spitler said you shouldn’t!
