Fort Wayne couple arrested for performing sex act on teen

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A Fort Wayne couple is facing felony charges after taking a vacation to Florida.

Investigators said last week, Sean Flatt, 50, and Imperia Price-Flatt, 50, took a 14-year old with them on a trip to Clearwater, Florida.

During that vacation, investigators said Sean performed a sex act on the 14-year old and Imperia watched.

The victim contacted police and both were arrested. Imperia now faces charges of child neglect and was released on a $10,000 bond. Sean faces sexual battery charges and is still behind bars on a $150,000 bond.

Sean is a registered sex offender in Allen County for an Indecency with Child Contact conviction in 2002 in Texas.
