Man fatally shot at Marion strip club

MARION, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Marion are investigating a fatal shooting that happened at the VIP Show Club Friday morning.

Police were called to the 900 block of South Western Avenue for a shooting. Officers located 27-year-old Delray Tyron Swift lying on the ground just outside the club with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after police arrived at 1:50 a.m.

A suspect has not been arrested. However, police arrested an individual for refusing to leave the scene. It’s not clear what his connection to the shooting is.

Marion police will continue to investigate the scene and release more details as they become available.
