Chef Kawika gets things started at the grill in the first clip with fresh Carolina Striped Bass and demonstrates how you can know how long fish should be left on the grill.

In the second clip, Chef Layton Roberts shows how to expertly plate and add sides, such as Seared Gnudi and Fava Beans, to the main dish!
