 TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – A Terre Haute man is accused of three counts of child molestation.

According to court documents, Alan Womack forced a child to engage in sexual activity with him.

The incidents allegedly started in 2006 in Terre Haute.

Womack was a friend of the child’s mother and stayed at their home occasionally.

The child was only 5-years-old. The incidents ended when the boy turned eight, court documents state.

Court documents also pointed out that Womack molested his two sisters.

One girl was 9-years-old at the time.

Womack is due back in court on Nov. 4. His bond is set at $75,000.
