INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Senator Joe Donnelly was in 24-Hour News 8’s studios Wednesday morning to discuss Indiana’s drug problems.

Marion County is now called a “High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area”. Donnelly explained what that means and how he is going to help fight the problem.
