HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A Fishers woman died in a crash Saturday morning in Hamilton County.

Emergency crews were called to the intersection of State Road 32 and Gray Road around 8 a.m.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says 68-year-old John Miller of Westfield was driving a GMC pickup truck eastbound on State road 32 when he ran a red light and collided with a Honda car heading north on Gray Road.

The Honda driver, 45-year-old Jennifer Grillo of Fishers, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Miller told deputies he was unable to see the stop light or car due to sun shining in his eyes.

The crash remains under investigation.
