Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops merger approved
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Federal Reserve has given Cabela’s shareholders an early Christmas gift.
The Fed approved the sale to Bass Pro Shops, clearing the way for the merger of the two hunting and fishing chains.
The deal is expected to close right around Sept. 21.
