Check out “Stutz Starry Night,” a fun holiday open house on Friday, Dec. 1 at the Stutz Business Center, 212 W. 10th St. Laura LaForge, President of Stutz Artists Association & Artist, and Artist Wendy Franklin, tell us more:

  • The event is from 5-10 p.m.
  • Guests can shop for the holidays and meet artists to experience how art comes to life. Artwork available for purchase will include paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, furniture and jewelry of various sizes and prices.
  • This event also features live holiday music, refreshments and an opportunity to tour the historic Stutz Building, which includes classic and collectible cars owned by Stutz owner Turner Woodard.
  • Free parking is available in the Stutz lot located at 10th & Capitol and in the IU Health lot on Senate between 10th & 11th streets. Paid street parking (meters run until 6 p.m.) is also available.
  • The entrance to the Open House, Bearcat Alley, is accessible from 10th Street and Capitol Avenue.
  • The stop on the Downtown Art Shuttle will be located near the IU Health lot.
  • Wendy Franklin, an artist for seven years, is known nationally for her artwork featuring hand-dyed silks. Some of her work was featured on the hit TV show Nashville and HGTV’s “Good Bones.”
