Man pleads guilty to voyeurism at pet-sitting service in Zionsville

LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) — An Indianapolis man was sentenced to probation after he pleaded guilty Monday to a count of voyeurism, court documents show.

Raymond Bridges was accused after a female victim told Zionsville Police Department investigators that prior to ending her shift at For The Dogs pet-sitting service on Feb. 2, she went into the restroom to change clothes, court documents show. Prior to entering the restroom, the female victim said, she witnessed Bridges go into the restroom and remain there for an unusually long amount of time. Documents showed that as the female was changing clothes, she discovered what appeared to be a camera lens sticking through a slit in a red first-aid bag. She later found Bridge’s phone in the bag.

Later in February, Bridges confessed to Zionsville police that he’d filmed the victim on two occasions.

Bridges was sentenced to nearly two years on probation. He also must undergo an Indiana Sex Offender Management and Monitoring evaluation as part of the plea deal. He also must register as a sex offender under Indiana law.

An additional charge of voyeurism was dismissed as part of the plea deal.

Bridges was age 55 at the time he was charged.
