Winter fun to help keep Hoosiers occupied during the season

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — In the weeks and months to come, Hoosiers should prepare for much more of a chill effect.

Mark Newman from Visit Indiana stopped by our set to share some events that can help take your mind away from the cold.

The Toboggan Run is held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at Pokagon State Park. The run sees about 90,000 riders each season and will be open until February 25. More information can be found here.

The Perfect North Slopes is a lodge located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana that offers skiing and snowboarding. Click here for more information or to book a pass.

One can also visit Paoli Peaks for a bit of fun snow action with family and friends in southern Indiana.
