INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man is set to plead guilty in a street racing crash that killed three people on Christmas Eve.

Connor Tomlinson, 20, has agreed to a plea agreement that would see him serve 14 years for three counts of reckless homicide. Five years would be spent in the Department of Correction, three years of home detention and six years of probation.

On Dec. 24, 2015, 52-year-old Rebecca Rodriguez-Gomez, her 12-year-old daughter, Jasmine Alday-Rodriguez, and 59-year-old Rogelio Legorreta were killed when a car allegedly driven by Tomlinson lost control on East Street near Interstate 465 just before midnight.

Tomlinson was charged in March.

Tomlinson will be back in court on Oct. 10 when a judge hears the change of plea.
