Meet James McFadden from YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne
James McFadden is the senior program director for the youth service bureau at the YMCA in Fort Wayne, Indiana. James’ main role is to help with the daily operations of the program. James shared that he has a family of his own and knows what it is like to have a great support system at home, which is why he is so passionate to give support to youth in need.
