Colts stay positive despite 1-5 start
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Despite sitting at 1-5 on the season, the Colts have managed to stay positive given the circumstances.
“Losing is not fun and what we cannot allow to happen is that losing becomes OK and that you start to buy into an excuse or you start to search for, make it ok. There is a proud winning culture on this team and we need to find that again a little bit,” said Andrew Luck.
Headed into week seven, it’s hard to believe that the AFC South has no clear cut front runner. With the exception of the Colts, every team is tied up at 3-3. A win Sunday would give the Horseshoe a great opportunity to stay relevant in the division.
“Still up in the air, it’s still up for grabs so we just have to go out there and do our part now and win because we’re not counted out, our division is up in the air, it’s not dominated right now by anyone so we still have an opportunity and a chance so we just gotta go out there and win,” said Eric Ebron.
“AFC game, so that’s a big one. It’s a chance to get better, it’s a chance to win, be 1-0 for the week and that’s all you can ask for. You can’t look too far ahead, you’re six games in, you’ve still got 10 more to go . Just gotta keep moving one play at a time,’ said Ryan Kelly.
“It’s critical you know? We gotta first get this one and then the rest will take care of itself, but we gotta find a way to get back in the win column,” said T.Y. Hilton.
The hunt for 1-0 continues this week.
