Cows cause utter confusion along I-69
PENDLETON, Ind. (WISH) – Indiana State Police were busy Monday morning trying to corral a group of cows walking along the side of the road.
Officials with Madison County Emergency Management said it happened on Interstate 69 southbound near the 229 mile marker.

It’s unclear how the cows got there in the first place. It was an utterly confusing situation for all parties involved.
The scene was cleared by 12:30 p.m.
