Bus drivers throw Valentine’s Day party for special ed students
WILSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – It was quite a day Wednesday morning in Wilson County when special education bus drivers threw a Valentine’s Day party.
The drivers took kids on a field trip to the agriculture center where they ate, danced and partied.
“These kids don’t normally get to go out and have fun. A lot of these kids can’t do normal field trips, so we do this for them to be able to have a good time,” said bus driver Lisa Eiserman.
Around 400 students and teachers attended the party, which was initially postponed due to snow.
