Loretta Rush, chief justice of Indiana’s Supreme Court, tests positive for COVID-19
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta Rush has tested positive for COVID-19.
Communications officials for the court made the announcement on Monday afternoon.
Rush tested positive on September 13.
A family member previously tested positive and Rush has been working remotely ever since. She has not been to the Indiana State House since September 1.
The court and clerk’s office remain open. Rush’s public scheduled will be adjusted.
