Flags at state facilities to be flown at half-staff for fallen Baton Rouge officers

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana Governor Mike Pence directed flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of the officers shot and killed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sunday.

Flags at state facilities will be flown at half-staff until Friday, July 22.

The Monday evening move comes after the previous directive in which flags at government buildings were to be at half-staff for the victims of the attack in Nice, France until Tuesday, July 19.

Businesses and residents have been asked to lower their flags as well for the Baton Rouge officers.
