Despite rain, setup for Downtown Freedom Blast continues

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Crews are still at work preparing for Monday’s Downtown Freedom Blast despite the rain.

The celebration will end with a fireworks show from the roof of the Regions Tower. The show is billed as the largest fireworks display in the state.

Barricades are being set up for crowds on the American Legion Mall and around the War Memorial.

Radio listeners can tune into B105.7, 97.1 HANK FM or 93.1 WIBC for the official fireworks soundtrack.

The show starts at 10 p.m. and will last for about 20 minutes. Freedom Blast runs from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
