Lumber company changing hands
ZEELAND, Mich. (Inside INdiana Business) — Illinois-based specialty building materials company US LBM has acquired Zeeland Lumber & Supply, who has locations in Michigan and Northern Indiana. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zeeland operates three manufacturing plants where trusses and wall panel components are made, along with three building material yards that distribute lumber and specialty products, like windows, doors, roofing, cabinets and more. The deal calls for keeping the entire Zeeland executive team in place, including Mark Miller who will serve as president.

The acquisition now gives US LBM 16 locations in Michigan, including five component manufacturing plants, and four Indiana locations.
