Lighthouse Autism Center expanding
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — South Bend-based Lighthouse Autism Center has acquired Access Behavior Analysis, headquartered in Indianapolis, to expand operations in central Indiana. Lighthouse says the acquisition will make it the largest Applied Behavior Analysis provider in the state.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Access has a strong, data-driven team with impressive clinical experience and expertise. Their deep passion and reputation of providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism align perfectly with Lighthouse’s mission and values,” said Gregg Maggioli, Lighthouse co-founder and chief executive officer.
This is the latest in a series of acquisitions for Lighthouse, who acquired Autism Therapy Services in Indianapolis last year, along with announcing other expansions in northern Indiana.
Lighthouse did not specify whether any employees would be affected by the deal.
