Indiana legend talks ‘Save Milan Films’ project

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indiana legend stopped by Daybreak to talk about a new project.

Bobby Plump, known for hitting the game winning shot to win Milan the 1954 Indiana High School Championship, and film historian talked about a project to help preserve footage of Milan’s Championship team.

They talked about the need to preserve a treasured piece of Indiana history, how exactly they plan to restore the footage, and how and where to get involved.
