Crime Stoppers looking for Dollar General robbery suspect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana is asking for help locating a man accused of robbing a near-northside Dollar General last month.

According to law enforcement in Marion County, the man entered the Dollar Tree located in the 3900 block of North Illinois Street on July 2 around 8:45 a.m. He pointed a handgun at the cashier and demanded money, then left the building carrying a yellow bag.

Police are looking for a roughly 6-foot-tall man of average build.
