3 people found dead at south side apartment complex, IMPD investigating
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating after three people were found dead at an apartment complex on the south side early Saturday morning.
IMPD say officers responded to a death investigation in the 2700 block of South East Street around 2:20 a.m. That is the East Street Apartments near the intersection of Troy and Madison avenues.
When officers arrived, they found three people who had been pronounced dead.
The three people found dead have been identified by the Marion County Coroner’s Office as the following:
- Mark Kahley, 52
- Charissa Walters, 30
- Gary Silvers, 52
A cause of death has yet to be determined.
No additional information was immediately available.
