This week, Patty Spitler, the host of Pet Pals TV, discussed her appearance on Brenna Donnelly’s “INside Story” talking about the DNA test she got for her dog Mabel.
Spitler also says goodbye to Donnelly as she hosts the Pet Pals TV segment for the final time.
