Notre Dame, Wichita State in Sweet 16 matchup

CLEVELAND (WISH) — Notre Dame will take on Wichita State on Thursday night at 7:15 p.m. in Cleveland in the NCAA Tournament.

This is the first time the Irish have made it to the Sweet 16 since 2003.

Notre Dame is the only Indiana team left standing in the tournament.

The Shockers look dangerous. They pulled off the upset over rival Kansas Sunday night.

But this Notre Dame locker room really feels it has something special going on. They too are coming in with a lot of confidence.

This group has won seven games in a row and fresh off an ACC title.
