FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) — Fort Wayne police say their department is seeking the public’s help in locating a vehicle and driver that was involved in a pedestrian crash last month.

A screenshot of the surveillance footage from March 31 shows a white or grey-colored Ford Transit Connect driving in the intersection of Coldwater and Collins Road, where the crash occurred.

Police say they found a vanity plate with lettering on the ground at the scene that was on the front grill of the suspect’s vehicle at the time of the crash.

There is also lettering on the upper rear portion of the vehicle and on both sides of the car.

If anyone has information about the vehicle, owner, or driver; call the Fort Wayne Police Department at 260-427-1373.
