INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Judge Frances Gull made some new decisions in the case of Richard Allen, the man charged with the 2017 Delphi murders.

Gull is holding the jury selection process in Allen County, where she usually presides, while the trial will be held in Carroll County. She announced plans to bring in a jury from another county earlier this year.

The judge also ordered continued disclosure of mental health records from the Indiana Department of Correction to the defense team.

IDOC says it has stopped “remote filming” of Allen’s meetings with his attorneys.
