Community Link: Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each week in Community Link, Carolene Mays-Medley and Marco Dominguez take a look at an organization or business that is making a positive impact on the community.

Fishers is a suburb of Indianapolis and one of the fastest-growing communities in America, and it was recently named by Money Magazine as one of the “Best Places to Live in America.” Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness stopped by the Daybreak studios to talk about what makes the community so great.

“Well it’s a dynamic community,” said Fadness. “There is always something new, a lot of change, a lot of growth. Great school system. Great quality of life. And really just kind of an energy that is hard to articulate. When you’re there you definitely feel it.”

Fadness also talked about the growing diversity of the community.
