A very easy and tasty recipe great for brunches and tailgating.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs (medium)

  • 1 1/2 lbs Mild Country Sausage

  • Bread Crumbs (Dry)

Directions

  • Hard boil the eggs, cool and remove shells. Divide sausage into 6 quarter pound patties. Cover each egg completely with 1/4 pound of sausage. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in pan and bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
