WISH-TV’s ‘Gr8 Comeback’ makes its first stop at Huge Impact restaurant

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — WISH-TV is touring local restaurants and businesses that will be spotlighted on “The Gr8 Comeback,” a new segment focused on locally owned places that could use a boost during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s also a reminder to people all over central Indiana about what they do best and how they can be supported so they can live on after the pandemic.

News 8’s Randall Newsome made his first stop at Huge Impact, a restaurant near 38th Street and Moller Road.

Their motto explains the name: Let us make a huge impact on your appetite.”

“We specialize in all-American food with our own exotic twist,” owner Will McCathern Said. All of their meals are cooked to order and they are still doing carry out as online.

“They can come in and order or they can go online and order; they can call or they can also get food delivered with Uber and GrubHub.”

McCathern insisted that first-timers should try the restaurant’s loaded potato with chicken, shrimp, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, bacon, green onions and their own “special seasonings.”

You can check the whole menu of Huge Impact, 5510 West 38th Street, here.
