Make it at home: Chef’s Sloppy Joe dip and dessert nachos recipes
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Chef Paul Dickens with Paul’s Kitchen was in Monday morning to share a pair of delicious recipes.
Sloppy Joe Dip
This dish is great for social gatherings (large or small) as a finger food/appetizer. It can be enjoyed with bread, chips, or even over French fries.
You can use any preferred meat. Chef Paul used one pound of ground turkey.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs garlic
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can roasted tomato
- 1 can Sloppy Joe mix
- Onion (diced)
- Green pepper (diced)
- Colby Jack cheese
- Fresh Jalapeño
Dessert Nachos
Ingredients for the homemade chips:
- 1 bag of corn tortillas
- Canola oil
