Celebrate a decade of deliciousness all October at Milktooth
Milktooth (534 Virginia Ave.), a popular brunch and lunch spot in the Fletcher Place neighborhood of Indianapolis, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this October. The restaurant announced on Instagram it has planned several events throughout the month to mark the occasion. A special parking lot market took place on October 5 during service hours (10 a.m.-3 p.m.), featuring DJs, local artisans, vintage goods, and more. The celebration will continue throughout the weekend with additional festivities.
In honor of the milestone, Milktooth will also be bringing back a selection of its original menu items by popular demand for the entire month. The restaurant hinted at the potential launch of online ordering by the end of October, encouraging patrons to stay tuned for updates.
The month will also include celebrations for the birthdays of several employees. Co-owner and chef Jonathan Brooks opened Milktooth in a former auto shop a decade ago, and it has since become a local favorite, known for its creative menu and unique dining atmosphere.
Over the years, Milktooth has gained national recognition, earning a spot on Bon Appetit’s 10 Best New Restaurants and securing James Beard award semifinalist nominations for Brooks in 2016 and 2017. Despite changes in leadership and menu evolution, the restaurant continues to draw crowds, and its food remains highly regarded for pushing the boundaries between sweet and savory dishes.
