Local chocolate makers create indulgences
Such an amazing story!
Matt Rubin’s wife developed a dairy allergy and was devasted when she found out she would no longer be able to enjoy chocolate, so, being the loving husband that he is, Matt got to work developing a chocolate his wife could still eat and love.
Local chocolate makers create indulgences for those with food allergies
After many tests and experiments, SoChatti was born and made with only three ingredients: cacao butter, cane sugar, and cacao beans responsibly sourced from around the world, so every batch is unique!
SoChatti is pure, premium chocolate that everyone can enjoy – it’s dairy free, vegan, gluten free, kosher and halal.
To chocolate makers and aficionados, chocolate is best served melted. SoChatti comes in a multi-use pouch that you warm in warm water for 15 – 20 minutes. Once the chocolate is melted, it’s like having chocolate on tap that you can dip, drizzle, bake with, spread or simply savor on its own!
Head Chef Jessica Halstead demonstrates how you can host a chocolate tasting for friends and fmaily with SoChatti, featuring different flavors that are complementary to the different SoChatti chocolates – Honduras, Tanzania, and Peru – and prepares her famous Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries.
