“Harlow Rouge Couture” is a family business, started by sister in laws Ashlee Hicks and Aimee Holsclaw, and meant to bring commerce and more diverse options to the small town of Beech Grove. They’re a women’s trendy, affordable fashion boutique that offers clothing from sizes small – 3x. “Tiny Tots Couture” was recently opened in the same building by Nadja Goheen. They carry children’s sizes small-14, including Mud Pie, Peaches and cream and Mulberry blush.

Hicks says both stores are reasonably priced with items starting at $4 up to $44!
