COLIN BAILLIE

Colin is a Daybreak reporter for WISH-TV. He joined the team in March of 2024. Before coming to Indianapsolis, Colin was the Chief Bureau Reporter for KFVS-12 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Colin covered all of the Southern Illinois Region. 

There he led the COVID-19 pandemic coverage in Illinois for his station, 2020 election, the Mayfield, Kentucky tornadoes and statewide politics in Kentucky and Illinois. He spent 4 years at KFVS-12. 

Colin’s favorite part of journalism is being the voice for the community and sharing what’s happening around. Colin loves to be apart of the community, you can always check out what he’s doing on social media. 

Colin is from the Midwest, he grew up in the Chicago suburb of Winfield. In 2019, he graduated with a degree in communication from Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis where he also played football. 

In his free time, you can find Colin watching sports, trying new food, cooking, hanging out with his dog Boo and enjoying time with loved ones and friends.
