1 hurt in Putnam Co. crash; fatigued driving possible cause
PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO)- Police say fatigued driving may have caused a crash on I-70 in Putnam County.
It happened around 1:45 A.M. Tuesday morning in the westbound lanes near the 45 mile marker.
Police say Eddie Yako Khammi, 20, of Warren, Michigan, was traveling westbound when he veered into the median, hitting several trees.
Troopers believe Khammi fell asleep, losing control of the truck.
He was transported to the hospital for a leg injury.
