Big changes this weekend!
A decent looking Friday with highs in the lower 50s and mostly cloudy skies. Winds will begin to pick up a head of a front this afternoon. Winds by the end of the day with be gusting around 20-30 mph. Showers begin to move in late tonight with some strong to severe storms possible early Saturday and through the afternoon.
We have a marginal risk of strong to severe storms Saturday. The main threats are heavy rain and gusty winds! Winds will be gusty throughout the afternoon with sustained winds at 20-25 mph and gusts at 40-45 mph. Showers stick around for much of the afternoon. Highs during the morning will hit the lower 60s then as the cold front approaches it will knock temperatures down into the 40s. Some of the rain could transition into snow showers or flurries with no accumulation. Winds will still be gusty during the evening with lows falling into the 20s.
