Chicago Cubs and White Sox on WISH-TV schedule
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Les Vann, WISH-TV President and General Manager announced today that WISH-TV and sister station, MyINDY-TV 23, will be the new local home of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago White Sox, beginning in April 2015.
“We’re excited to bring the Cubs, the White Sox and professional baseball to fans all across Central Indiana,” said Vann. “Between WISH-TV and MyINDY-TV 23, we’re broadcasting 57 games, including match-ups with the Dodgers, Cardinals, Pirates, Indians and Reds.”
Chicago Cubs fans have to be excited about the upcoming season. The Cubs have a proven winner in new Manager, Joe Maddon, who used to be with Tampa Bay Rays.
The Cubs also picked up some great talent during free agency. The Cubs may be a young team but they have the potential to battle for a spot in the playoffs.
As for the White Sox, their fans know they are committed to winning thanks to how busy the front office was during free agency.
