Crews respond to residence fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Dispatch received a call just before 2 a.m. Saturday morning about a house fire in the 1700 block of Ringgold Avenue.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control within 35 minutes after arriving on scene.
The two story residence was found to be vacant at the time and no injuries were reported.
As a result of the fire, the house is expected to be a total loss with damages estimated at $60,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
