29 arrested, 13 more sought on drug trafficking charges in Johnson County
GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — Twenty-nine people were arrested during a major drug bust in the early hours of Wednesday.
On Wednesday morning, members of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department, Greenwood Police Department, Marion County Sheriff’s Department, and the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office served several drug warrants.
Joint investigations from the police departments led to the warrants being served.
Here are the names of the 29 people arrested in connection with the Johnson County drug bust: Harold “Keith” Archer, Darrel Baker, Justin Bowling, Norman Caudle, Theodore Cibor, Brandon East, Jordan Euler, Christian Fields, Alyssa Freels, Eddie Foster, Tara Liang, Chad Hammes, Kenderick Harper, Shaun Hatmaker, Kenneth Head, Larry Hoppingarner, Mercedes McGinley, Brian McGinnis, Nathan Neal, Roger “Tommy” Neff, Cole Parton, Janelle Phelps, Robert Ryckman, James Sizemore, Leslie Smith, Cody Thompson, Robert Wood, Vanessa Volk and Joseph Young.
Several of these people traveled to Johnson County from locations in central Indiana to sell illegal narcotics.
Investigators were still searching for 13 people on arrest warrants for drug-trafficking: Kisha Alcorn, Freddie Ayala, Samuel Conner, Darrien Cornelius, Eric Dillon, Chrystal Gunter, Honda May, James Jones, Sebastian Jones, Megan Rowsey, Jaylen Thompson, Jared Turner, and Michael Vaughn.
