Dangerously cold overnight
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A cold blast will bring bitter cold conditions overnight. Frigid conditions hang around Friday.
Wind chill advisories remain in effect until 1 p.m Friday. Cold air and wind will combine to create dangerously low wind chills.
Tonight:
Expect scattered snow flurries Thursday evening under partly cloudy skies. It’ll be breezy and much colder, with a low of 2 and sub-zero windchills from -10 to -20.
Friday:
With a very cold start to the day, expect mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the teens. Light snow showers will develop late.
Saturday:
Cloudy and cold with scattered snow showers. Afternoon high temperatures will warm to the mid-20s.
Sunday:
Mostly cloudy skies, snow showers will develop by afternoon. Slightly warmer; high 28.

It’ll be very cold next week as a arctic blast brings the coldest week of the season. Central Indiana will start the week with temperatures in the mid-30s. By Tuesday, expect high temperatures in the single digits for most of the state and overnight lows falling below zero.
