Dash cam shows driver crashing into school bus while attempting to pass it
ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) – A dash cam video shows a BMW quickly attempting to pass a school bus, but instead crashes right into it.
There were apparently three kids on the bus. There are no reported injuries, but they were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Albany police say they took a report and issued the driver of the BMW a ticket for unsafe passing.
According to the police, the driver thought there was a right lane. There was not.
