Effort to fix city’s potholes underway

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Potholes cover a good chunk of the city’s streets.

Dan Parker, the director of the Indianapolis Department of Public Works, stopped by Daybreak Thursday.

He discussed the effort to repair the city’s streets and fix those potholes.

He mentioned that on Wednesday, crews would begin strip patching, dropping hot asphalt in order to fix those potholes.

Also, he says the city will start announcing more streets on which crews will be working on in the coming days.
