Funeral held for 3 family members killed in car crash

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The community came Sunday to lay to rest three people killed in a car crash nearly two weeks ago.

Hundreds of mourners filled the auditorium at Broad Ripple High School to say their final goodbyes to Norris Ncube, Joshua Ncube and Malia Siziba.

Ncube was the principal at Indianapolis Junior Academy, where teachers have been using songs to help the young students understand what has happened.

“One of them in particular has to do about going home,” Phillip Prime, with the Indianapolis Junior Academy, said. “It’s a story of going back home and seeing the familiar places.”

After the funeral, there was a gravesite burial for the three crash victims.

Meanwhile, a GoFundMe page created to help the victims’ families has raised more than $29,000.
