Emergency responders were called to SR 114 and County Road 200 East shortly before 4 p.m.

According to investigators, two pickup trucks were pulling farm implements when a minivan carrying five people collided with one of implements. The impact sent the minivan into the side of the second pickup truck and then into the trailer being pulled by the pickup.

The van came to a stop down an embankment just off the road.

A man driving the van, a woman, and two other children in the van were all taken to a Fort Wayne hospital for various injuries. The sheriff’s department did not have their conditions.

The drivers of the pickup trucks were not hurt.

Police have not released the names of any of the people involved in the crash.

The crash is under investigation.
