Indiana Silver Alert canceled for 74-year-old man missing from South Bend
LATEST: The Indiana Silver Alert for William Casey has been canceled. The South Bend Police Department said in a Facebook post that he was found safe.
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WISH) — The South Bend Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a 74-year-old man missing from South Bend since Tuesday.
William Casey was described as white, 5 feet 8 inches, 150 lbs, with white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and brown sweatpants.
Casey was last seen at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday in South Bend, 149 miles north of downtown Indianapolis.
He was believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
