Indianapolis leaders announcing new partnership to help provide better education for students in low-income families

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Leaders in Indianapolis are announcing a new partnership Monday that is aimed at providing better education for students in low-income families.

Representatives with the Indiana Black Expo, Indiana University, and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education are joining Indianapolis-area school leaders for the new initiative.

Representatives said they will make the official announcement Monday at 1 p.m. at the State House.
